Grape is a fruit derived from the vine. Grapes grow in clusters or bunches and are small and sweet. They are eaten fresh or used to produce sour grapes, grape juice, wine and vinegar. They grow in clusters of 6 to 300 grapes. They can be black, purple, yellow, golden, pink, brown, orange or white. The most cultivated grape comes from the species Vitis vinifera, native of Mediterranean Europe and Central Asia. They are produced in America and Asia in small quantities.

The grape composition varies depending on whether the grapes are white or black. In both we can find two types of nutrients: vitamins A, B6, C and E, and phosphorus, calcium, iodine, and sugars (glucose and fructose).
